We have become aware of an issue causing a delay in the distribution of some email notifications this morning.

We’ve isolated the issue and a fix has been deployed.

All email notifications are expected to be circulated by 12 PM.

We apologise for the delay and will continue to provide updates until the issue has been fully resolved.
